Sencha Fukamushi

Sencha is a green tea that has a buttery, green, sweet astringent flavor. It occasionally depend on the length of time spent brewing because a shorter period produces less astringency and a sweeter aftertaste, while a longer time produces savory flavors and a bitterer aftertaste. Sencha tea are differentiated on various factors such as shaded grown or under direct sunlight, color, aroma, and flavor.

Sencha can be drunk more quickly because, unlike other teas, it doesn't require any form of preparation before hand.
